Identification & Data Layer

The LiqueFex DNA System is designed to provide a unique identification standard for every life settlement asset — the CUSIP equivalent this market has never had. The identifier methodology itself is prototyped; the persistent, real-time data schema and living data history it's designed to support, accumulating structured information across the full lifecycle of each asset, is still being built. All downstream functions — valuation, compliance, settlement, clearing — are designed to draw directly from the DNA System once that layer is complete.

Settlement Instruments

LiqueFex OS is designed to produce settlement instruments structured for acceptance into existing custodial infrastructure, linked directly to the DNA System. These vehicles are intended to bring life settlement transactions into the settlement infrastructure institutional participants already use — replacing the manual, fragmented settlement processes that have historically excluded institutional capital from this market. This component is in design; custodial acceptance has not yet been established with any institution, and LiqueFi does not custody assets.

Forced Compliance Architecture
Compliance at Protocol Level

LiqueFex OS is designed so that compliance is embedded at the protocol level — not overlaid as a post-process. The architecture is intended to govern every transaction and asset interaction through compliance logic built in from the start, so that non-compliant transactions cannot be constructed and every interaction produces an audit record by default. This enforcement logic is in early development and is not yet part of the operating system's current build.

Decentralised Clearing
Peer-to-Peer Settlement

LiqueFex OS is designed for settlement to occur bilaterally between participants against trust-held assets, with counterparty exposure managed structurally rather than through a central clearinghouse. Because the asset would sit in trust and the carrier would recognise the trust as owner, a transfer is designed to move beneficial interest rather than the policy itself — so settlement capacity is intended to scale with market participation instead of being constrained by centralised infrastructure. This settlement model is still in design. Risk allocation, the point at which finality attaches, and the identity of the compliance obligor will be defined per transaction and set out in full in the briefing materials once implemented.

AI & Blockchain Integration
Under Evaluation

Artificial intelligence and blockchain are designed to be embedded at the infrastructure level of LiqueFex OS — not retrofitted to existing processes — if and when they are built. AI functions are planned to operate across valuation inputs, risk modelling, and data enrichment; blockchain is planned to provide the immutable record layer across the OS. Both are designed to be chain-agnostic and cross-platform, enabling integration with institutional systems already operating in these environments. This component is under evaluation: no AI or blockchain implementation exists yet, and it is not part of the operating system's current build.

Every life settlement policy assigned a DNA System identifier is designed to accumulate a structured, real-time data history — medical, actuarial, custodial, and transactional records attached to a single, permanent reference. The identifier methodology is prototyped; the persistent registry behind it is still in development.

Infrastructure is defined as much by what it leaves to others as by what it provides. These are the lines LiqueFi does not cross.

  • We do not price policies. Participants value assets using their own models.
  • We do not originate, broker, or take principal positions.
  • We do not replace your chain, your custodian, or your analytics.
  • We do not hold client assets. Trusts do; custodians custody.
